Two brothers hospitality was created with an idea to bring a restaurant experience to the comfort of your own home. The team have been creating menus and catering for a variety of events such as weddings, birthday parties, family get-togethers and everything in between. Mitch and Will both endeavour to bring local fresh produce to the forefront of each menu.
Mitch is a second generation chef and has been cooking in commercial kitchens since 15. After completing his apprenticeship in Shellharbour he worked at a variety of premier venues throughout the Illawarra and South coast. Mitch spent sometime cooking in Canada before settling down in the Shoalhaven to raise his small family. Mitch loves working with locally sourced produce and endeavours to bring a fun, unique experience to each event.
Will started his apprenticeship at 16 in Cooma and has never looked back. After completing his apprenticeship he relocated to Batemans bay and has worked in a variety of restaurants and cafes in the area since. Will has a booming reputation around the Bay area with every local knowing how good his cooking ability is and his strive to ensure all his customers are happy and well fed
